We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of HRH The Duchess of Kent, the former Colonel-in-Chief of one of our antecedent Regiments, The Prince of Wales’s Own Regiment of Yorkshire.

Her steadfast support for the regiment and her commitment to its soldiers were an inspiration to us all. We extend our deepest sympathies to her family.
